* Modifying the City Code to address backlogged Municipal Court;
* Neighborhood Empowerment Sessions to foster Community Peace Keeping;
* Implementation of Youth Initiatives to proactively prevent violent criminal activity.
Infrastructure
* Strategically addressing tax issues, resource appropriations, and mismanagement of funds;
